Overnight Chia Oatmeal by RickMach

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup or agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or cinnamon or whatever flavoring

Instructions:
Mix everything and let sit overnight. Mix in fresh fruit.

You can vary the flavors and fruit of your choice to make it more like apple pie (applesauce, chopped apple, pecans) or peach crisp (peaches/granola).
