Ingredients:

From Edwin for 1 Gal container:

• 5 oz honey
• 8 oz red wine
• remainder volumn of run, bourbon, or cognac

Scaled to 700ml bottle (approx.)

• 30 ml honey
• 50 ml red wine

Bottle recipe

• 100 ml honey + rum

1st batch

• 75 ml honey + rum

2nd batch

• 60 ml honey + rum (better than first)

3rd batch

• 30 ml honey
• 50 ml red wine
• rum

Instructions:

1. Mix and let sit on bark/herbs for 1-4 weeks before drinking
