1 c sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1/8 t cream of tartar
pinch of salt
a little vanilla
1/4 c boiling water
Instructions:
Boil together until syrup forms a ball in cold water�doesn�t take long
Stir in 2 1/2 c pecan pieces and mix well. Pour on waxed paper to cool.
