Raisin Bran Muffins by GlendaMach

1 box raisin bran cereal 3 c sugar
5 c flour
6 t baking soda
2 t salt
1 c melted margarine
1 qt buttermilk
4 beaten eggs
1 t cinnamon


Mix all dry ingredients. Add margarine, mlk, and eggs. Mix and store covered in the refridgerator. Bake at 400 for 12 to 20 min. Batter will store for 1 month.

I think adding nuts would improve the muffins. Mom adds coconut as well as nuts.
