Hamburger Soup by Evelyn Kimmerling

1 lb lean ground meat
2 1/2 cups water
2 beef bullion cubes
1 chopped onion or flavor with minced onion

1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 box or half package of frozen okra
1 can of Rotel tomatoes (mild)
2 cans of tomato sauce and 2 cans of water

Cook first four ingredients for about 1 hour. Add liquid to keep liquid up as needed. Stir occasionally. Add remaining four ingredients and continue to cook for a second hour. Stir occasionally and add water as needed.
