Grilled Orange Chicken by Gale Friedrich

1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tablespoons fresh orange sections, optional
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons lime juice (don’t leave this out!)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Combine everything and put in a large ziploc bag.
  2. You can freeze this and thaw out later; or you can refrigerate for at least one hour and use today.
  3. Grill for 6-8 minutes on a medium-hot grill.
  4. Can be baked, covered at 350. Not sure how long – maybe 40 minutes?
