Dutch Chocolate Icing by Diane Ferguson

Ingredients:
1 stick softened butter
1 t. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
¼ - ½ c unsweetened cocoa
¼ c skim milk or to desired consistency

Instructions:
Mix ingredients until icing forms. Add milk slowly to ensure icing is not too thin.
