Coconut Pinapple Chess Pie by MelbaYoung

Ingredients:
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c margarine melted
1 T. cornmeal
1 1/2 c coconut
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 t. vanilla

Instructions:
Mix together ingredients and pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. or until golden brown. This was one of Victor Mach's favorites.
