1 pound bacon
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
5 16 oz cans pork and beans, drained
1 14 oz. bottle catsup
2 1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 t mustard
1/4 c Worcester shire sauce
2 t liquid smoke
Tabasco sauce to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300. Fry bacon add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender. Drain excess bacon grease and add all remaining ingredients. Pour in a baking dish and bake for 2 hrs. (Serves 12)
