Corn Pudding by Cheryl Billante
Ingredients:
2 cans (16 oz each) creamed corn
1 package (6oz) corn muffin mix
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup margarine (melted)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and pure into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F. Serves 6.
